How is TFW different from what you've done in the past? In the past I was left to my own devices with not a lot of structure and just worked out depending on how I felt that day. Therefore never getting the results I hoped for. I love the variety of what we do at TFW, and that everything is customized for my personal abilities and goals….my personality likes being surprised by what we are going to do each time! It’s never boring!
